Fantastic Bus Driver!

I travelled from Dundee bus station to Perth Royal Infirmary on Saturday, 7 May 2016, leaving Dundee at approximately 6.50pm. A young man got on the bus on the Perth Road, Dundee. He was clearly physically handicapped and could not speak. The woman driving the bus was extremely helpful, courteous and kind to him. He spent approximately five minutes taking a notebook from his bag and wrote where he wanted to go. She didn't rush him or make him feel that he was wasting time. She spoke clearly to him and with a smile on her face (which I could clearly hear from upstairs). I have nothing but praise for her. It speaks of the very goodness of people like her, who do a job that no one really cares about; people are generally more interested in 'getting there' without a care for others. My praise to her - there are some really nice people in the world; she deserves recognition from her manager or, indeed, the Chief Executive of Stagecoach plc himself! If there were many more drivers like her, I'd be happy!
